in your life- whether buying or selling- and make it as easy and stress free as possible. It really boils down to that.
My guiding principles are simple:
- Always put my clients’ best interests first,
- Focus on great service.
With those two principles as a compass, everything else falls into place, whether negotiating a deal, or pricing a home for sale.
I understand family life. I’ve been married to my amazing wife for 14 years and together we have 3 awesome kids (12, 8, 6). In fact, it’s a pretty safe bet that you can find me at the Multiplex most days doing hockey or gymnastics pick-ups and drop-offs. I get how quickly a family schedule can change, and how we may need to be creative to get a showing in, or some documents signed before “bedtime”, because I live those same challenges.
We moved to Yellowknife in 2008 and I love this community and do all I can to be an active member in it. I’m President of the Yellowknife Chamber of Commerce, Vice-President of the Yellowknife Gymnastics Club and a Director on the Yellowknife Real Estate Board. I’ve coached various kids sports and love to curling and play slo-pitch myself. It’s important to give back and contribute to your community and neighbourhood, and I make a point to do so.
I love technology, and always have. This is a key skill that really sets me apart from other agents. My use and understanding of social media for the purpose of marketing is something I’m very proud of, and I continue to explore how to maximize its use. Whether it’s Facebook, Instagram or just a blog post, I’m confident that I can give your listing an extra boost compared to the competition.
Most of all, I want to take the time to get to know you. Everyone is unique, and item number one on my list is to understand you, your needs and desires when it comes to buying or selling a home. Forming a solid relationship with you, that is comfortable and professional, is the backbone to making your transaction as seamless as possible.
